From the 29th October 2019 KLM will launch a new scheduled service to Liberia in Costa Rica. Guanacaste is a region in the northwest of Costa Rica, bordering the Pacific Ocean and lies at approximately 150 miles from the capital San José. The region is known for its beautiful coastline, with quiet inlets, pristine beaches and small islands that dot the coastline. The climate in Guanacaste is unique in Costa Rica, since the region receives little to no rain from November to April; which makes it a popular holiday destination. Also in terms of nature the region has a lot to offer, jungles around the volcanos in the interior form a green backdrop for hikers and flora and fauna enthusiasts alike. The capital of Guanacaste is Liberia, with 60.000 inhabitant. The modern international airport of Guanacaste Liberia is situated less than 15 miles from the nearest beach. The Dreamliner of KLM operates Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Amsterdam Schiphol first to San José, the capital of Costa Rica. After a brief stopover at San José, the flight continues to Liberia and from there it goes nonstop to Amsterdam. There will be connecting flights from all 10 German departure airports.

From the 31 March 2019 KLM will launch a new scheduled service to Boston. The charming capital of Massachusetts is one of the oldest and cultural richest city of the United States. Boston is the home of the Harvard University, the renowned M.I.T. and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The city is at the same time historically traditional with its small serial houses and a modern metropolis marked by skyscrapers and a beautiful harbour KLM will offer flight connections to Boston on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. An Airbus A330-300 will depart from Amsterdam at 5 pm and will arrive at 6:30 pm in Boston. There will be connecting flights from all 10 German departure airports. As of 1 July 2019, a fourth weekly flight operating on Monday will be added.Find ticket

The historical roots of Naples go back to the 2nd century which explains the disposition of important architecture and culture. In 1955 the Neapolitan old town was added to the UNESCO world heritage list. Narrow streets, arts and craft, old buildings and antiques reflect the cultural life of the city. Naples guarantees a sensual shopping experience and you will be spoiled with culinary specialities. As of 21 April 2019, KLM will introduce a new service between Amsterdam and Naples using a Boeing B737-700. Las Vegas is the new destination of KLM. Located in the middle of the Mojave Desert, the gambling metropolis is known for a lively nightlife, casinos that are open around the clock as well as entertainment offerings. Along the 6,5 km long Boulevard “Strip”, motto hotels with stunning and thematic architecture are situated. Get inspired by fountains, an ancient Roman looking Shopping Mall, Parisian Eiffel Tower, a ride through Manhattan on the rollercoaster and many other attractions. From 6 June 2019 Las Vegas will be the 18th destination of KLM in North America. The route from Amsterdam to Las Vegas will be served up to three times weekly by a KLM Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner with 294 seating capacities.
